Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

hk999 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all players across Bangladesh. Gambling is meant to be entertaining — a fun way to engage with cricket, live casino, slots, and crash games. However, we recognise that for some people gambling can become a concern, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Our responsible gaming framework is built on four pillars: player education, practical self-management tools, strict age verification (21+), and direct access to professional support. Whether you are a casual bettor placing a ৳200 wager on a BPL match or a regular slots player, these protections are available to you at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Self-Exclusion Programme

If you feel that gambling is seriously affecting your wellbeing, request a self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusion can be set for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. During this period all promotional communications will be stopped and re-entry is blocked. Contact [email protected] to initiate the process.
📞

Support & Helpline

Our player support team is reachable 24/7 via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. If you believe gambling has become a serious concern, we encourage you to speak with a counsellor. Outside our platform, free guidance is available from mental health and gambling support organisations across Bangladesh.

Our Platform Safeguards

hk999 enforces a strict minimum age policy. All new players must confirm they are 21 years of age or older during registration, and our verification team performs identity checks to prevent underage access. We use secure SSL encryption across the entire platform so your personal and financial data is protected at every step.

We do not market to vulnerable individuals or to people who have self-excluded. Our games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software to ensure every outcome is genuinely random and fair. We regularly review our responsible gaming practices to align with international standards for player protection, because we believe that a sustainable gambling environment benefits both players and the platform equally.
